The riders release and hold harmless the sponsors, promoters, and all other persons and entities associated with this event from any and all injury and damages sustained by them. They acknowledge that they will wear an ANSI, Snell, or ASTM-approved bicycle helmet and are familiar with the dangers in such an event, and that there may be holes in the riding surface or other permanent or temporary obstacles which they must be careful to avoid. They recognize that there will be vehicular traffic along the prescribed routes and they will adhere to Texas state laws regarding bicycling. The ridersfurther certify that they are in good physical condition and fully able to participate in this event.
Children of 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult all through the ride(s).
